Hello! My name is Jessica Bunker, and I am the Instructional Coach at Wills Point Junior High. Prior to my current role, I have taught 4th-grade, and a variety of middle school and high school math and technology courses. I attended the University of North Texas where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Later, I earned master’s degrees in Instructional Technology and Educational Administration from Texas A&M- Commerce.
Outside of school, most of my time is spent with my family and animals. My husband, daughter, and I live just outside of Wills Point. Since moving out to the country, we have added 4 donkeys, 3 goats and chickens to our animal family. We also have 2 Australian Shepherds and a mutt that provide daily entertainment.
As the Instructional Coach at Wills Point Junior High, it is my goal to provide instructional and academic support to all staff and students. I am excited to get to plan and teach with the teachers at WPJH. We have a truly talented and dedicated staff and I am looking forward to seeing our teachers and students grow over the next school year. I also organize and present professional development for our staff to help ensure that WPJH offers engaging, relevant, and meaningful learning opportunities.
It is a privilege to serve the students, staff, and community of Wills Point ISD. I am looking forward to continuing the work on initiatives that have been put in place by the instructional and leadership team.
Go Tigers!
